Matthew Maxey

Matthew is the lead Technical Manager and Senior Architectural Technologist at AAA Architects Inc. with over 12 years of experience.

Matthew has extensive knowledge of the National Building Code, British Columbia and Vancouver Building Codes, and Ontario Building Code. He also has vast experience in residential and commercial large-scale civil construction projects. He has successfully delivered several mixed-use development projects, such as Dragon Condos in Toronto, 128 King Street N in Waterloo, the Keel and Finch Redevelopment project and the Yorkwoods Condo in North York.

Matthew leads the technical team in developing project plans, managing specifications and bid documents, producing final design and permit drawings, coordinating with municipalities and authority having jurisdiction, and coordinating with clients and sub-consultants.
