Maliha Aqeel, PMP, SCMP, MC

Maliha Aqeel, PMP, SCMP, MC, leads marketing and communication for AAA Architects Inc. and is responsible for public relations and digital channels, including social media and website.

She is also the Founder & CEO of The Ideas Collective Inc., an independent strategic consultancy bringing brand purpose to life through content, customers and culture. She has worked in corporate and agency roles for almost 20 years, connecting the dots between brand, marketing and communications to drive business objectives. She is currently Chair of IABC's international executive board.

A noted industry thought leader, she is a regular speaker at industry conferences. She has won several IABC Gold Quill awards for brand development, content marketing, publications and internal communications, including two Gold Quill “Best of the Best” awards for employee engagement and COVID-19 response management and communications.

Maliha is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Royal Roads University. Her research focuses on the link between social purpose brands and customer engagement in the context of sustainable business strategies.
