This 5,000 sq.ft home, with five bedrooms on the prestigious Lakeshore Boulevard on Ontario Gold Coast in Burlington was built on a very challenging corner lot with municipal easements, challenging grades and existing mature trees that could not be removed. The lot had been vacant been more than two decades and three different architects attempted to design homes on this lot with no success.

Not only was our firm able to design a house that addressed all the challenges but we were also able to create a majestic home that fit nicely into the character of the neighborhood, borrowing elements from the Chateauesque and Neo-Classical architectural style.
