AAA Architects Inc. are the principal architects for a $150 million mixed-use development on the corner of Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue in North York, Toronto. The development consists of 700 residential units, commercial retail space on the ground floor facing Jane Street and Office space along Sheppard Avenue.

The four buildings cover an area of approximately half a million sq.ft. The built form respects the adjacent buildings by being set back along a 45-degree angular plane to ensure adjacent developments have access to sun light and sky views. This softens the impact of the high-rise form of the proposed development on the adjacent low and midrise residential developments. When completed the project will be the largest development of its kind in this area of North York and is anticipated to revitalize the neighborhood.
