Ideal Square is a 10-acre commercial retail complex next to Scarborough Convention Centre. The site is made up of two parcels, created from a previously approved Plan of Subdivision, and have a total area of approximately 11 acres. Both parcels are currently vacant, having been used historically as farmland.

The site bounded by Morningside Ave to the East, Neilson Road to the South, a Canadian Pacific Railway line to the West, and another vacant Business Park parcel to the North. This Ideal Square Business Park will consist of 1,000-30,000 commercial and retail space, 1,000-24,000 premium office space and a 40,000 sq.ft. Banquet Hall.
