B8 Building, a low-rise commercial tower located in Al Barsha Dubai, features nine floors and 28 fitted spaces, a business centre, spacious reception lounge and a pantry on each floor, and three underground parking levels served by a vehicle elevator. The building lies close to the Mall of The Emirates and Al Barsha Pond Park, with public transit within walking distance.

Mr. Aqeel was the principal architect and team leader for a 14-story office tower in Dubai, UAE. His responsibilities included leading the team in development of the concept design, schematic design drawings, construction drawings, and documentation.
