Mr. Aqeel was the principal architect for a new a 12-story condominium building on Sunview Street located in the Northdale area of Waterloo. The building consisting of 180 units is located on a quiet residential frontage street.

Townhouses on the lower level with a podium separating the tower attempt to mitigate the effects of the scale of the development on the neighbourhood. The building form angles towards the primary approach to the development on University avenue promoting views of the city and providing more opportunity for exposure to the south to most of the units.
